The income guidelines for these apartments are as follows:

50% IFA HOME Units

Monthly rent: $633*

Annual income must be no more than:

- $31,350 for a 1 person household

- $35,800 for a 2 person household

Households greater than 2 persons would not qualify for a 1 bedroom apartment.

60% City HOME Units

Monthly rent: $645*

Annual income must be no more than:

- $37,620 for a 1 person household

- $42,960 for a 2 person household

Households greater than 2 persons would not qualify for a 1 bedroom apartment.

80% IFA HOME Units

Monthly rent: $633*

Annual income must be no more than:

- $50,150 for a 1 person household

- $57,300 for a 2 person household

Households greater than 2 persons would not qualify for a 1 bedroom apartment.
